a.  We send a Display Manager to assist in the room set up.
b. The room should be able to accommodate seating for 150 adults,
Arranged "theater style", with a center aisle .
c.   The Room should be 40 feet by 60 feet.
........... Dimensions May Vary - consult you representative
d. 25 banquet tables are needed. Some tables are to be set up around the
perimeter for the display of art. Some are needed for checking in guests
and other assignments.
e. A Podium and PA system with microphone is needed.


6....  Preview Hour Requirements:

The Preview Sets the Mood of The Gala Event.

a. Group provides the Refreshments:
